1. Overview

GPlinks is a short-link monetization platform. Publishers earn from their destination link content, and visitors access that content either with ads (free) or ad-free (GPlinks Premium subscribers). GPlinks Premium is a digital subscription service that is delivered and activated instantly upon successful payment.

By subscribing to GPlinks Premium, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Subscription, Trial & Auto-Renewal

  • GPlinks Premium is offered on a recurring subscription basis at ₹299 per billing cycle.
  • New subscribers may be offered a ₹5 one-day trial, after which the subscription automatically renews at ₹299 unless cancelled.
  • The renewal price, billing frequency, trial terms, and "cancel anytime" option are clearly displayed on the subscription/checkout page before payment is authorised.
  • Payments and recurring mandates (eMandate / UPI AutoPay) are securely processed and managed through Razorpay. By completing payment, you authorise Razorpay to debit the applicable amount at each renewal until you cancel.

3. No-Refund Policy (Digital Subscription)

GPlinks Premium provides immediate, full access to a digital service the moment payment is confirmed. Accordingly:

All payments for GPlinks Premium are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts for any subscription fee already charged, including for unused time, partially used periods, or after a subscription has been cancelled.

This applies to:

  • The ₹5 trial charge and every ₹299 renewal charge.
  • Subscriptions that you cancel before the end of the paid period.
  • Periods during which you did not use, or chose not to use, the service.
  • Change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.

Because the service is digital and delivered instantly, the cost cannot be recovered by us once access is granted, which is why fees are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is simple and self-service:

  1. Visit https://gplinks.com/subscriber/dashboard
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

What cancellation does:

  • It stops all future automatic renewals — no further amount will be debited on the next billing date.
  • It is effective for future renewals only.

What cancellation does NOT do:

  • It does not trigger a refund of any amount already paid.
  • It does not immediately end your current paid access.

Your access continues until expiry. When you cancel, your GPlinks Premium benefits remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for (your subscription "expiry" date), after which the account moves to the free (ad-supported) tier. You keep the full value of what you paid — you simply will not be billed again.

Example: A subscriber whose billing cycle runs 30 May – 30 June cancels mid-cycle. Their account is marked Cancelled (no future renewals) while the subscription remains Active with access until the 30 June expiry. No further charge is raised, and no refund is due, because the paid period is delivered in full.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We are committed to resolving every billing concern fairly and quickly.

  • If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact our support team first at the details below. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.
  • Raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, for a charge that is valid under this Policy, may be treated as a wrongful chargeback. In such cases we reserve the right to:
    • Contest the dispute with full transaction evidence (consent logs, IP, timestamps, mandate authorisation, and access records), and
    • Suspend or permanently restrict the associated account from GPlinks services.
  • Our records — including the timestamped subscription, mandate authorisation, and access logs — serve as proof of valid, authorised purchase and service delivery.

This Policy is structured to remain fully compliant with the rules and dispute-resolution frameworks of our payment partners (including Razorpay) and the applicable card-network and UPI/NPCI chargeback policies.

6. Limited Exceptions

Notwithstanding the no-refund policy above, a refund or reversal will be processed in the following genuine cases:

  • Duplicate charge — you were billed more than once for the same billing cycle due to a technical error.
  • Failed/unsuccessful transaction where money was debited but the subscription was not activated.
  • Proven technical fault attributable solely to GPlinks that prevented any access to the paid service for the entire period.
  • Any refund required by applicable law.

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use of GPlinks Premium constitutes acceptance of the current Policy.
