These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GPlinks (“GPlinks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our websites, APIs, software, and services that enable users to shorten URLs and monetize traffic through advertising (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you (“you,” “user,” or “publisher”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Publisher Program Policies (collectively, the “Policies”).

If you do not agree to these Terms or the Policies, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • Shortened Link: A URL generated through the Service that redirects end users to a destination website, during which advertisements may be displayed.
  • Publisher: A user who creates Shortened Links and shares them to generate revenue.
  • Prohibited Content/Sources: Any content or traffic sources explicitly prohibited under Section 7 or Section 8.
  • Invalid Activity: Any activity that artificially inflates impressions, clicks, conversions, or revenue, including but not limited to the use of bots, proxies, incentivized clicks, self-clicks, or redirect loops.
  • Net Revenue / Earnings: Revenue attributable to valid traffic as determined by our systems, net of taxes, chargebacks, reversals, fraud adjustments, and third-party fees.

2. Eligibility and Account

2.1 Minimum Age and Capacity. You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2.2 One Account Per Person/Entity. You are permitted only one account per individual or entity. Creating multiple accounts, including through your own referral links, is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including payment and tax details, and to maintain and promptly update such information as necessary.

2.4 KYC/Verification. We reserve the right to request verification of your identity, address, tax information, banking details, and traffic sources (e.g., screenshots, read-only access to analytics, or referrer lists). Failure to comply may result in payment holdbacks, account suspension, or termination.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

3. Service Overview

3.1 Advertisements Are Mandatory. The Service monetizes traffic by displaying advertisements during the redirection process. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements are an integral and non-optional component.

3.2 Service Changes and Availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability. While we aim to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.

3.3 Beta/Experimental Features. Certain features may be designated as beta or experimental and are provided “as is,” with no warranties and potentially limited support.

4. Payments and Reporting

4.1 Earnings Calculation. Earnings are calculated based on valid impressions and clicks as measured solely by our systems. Our determinations are final and binding unless manifest error is demonstrated.

4.2 Thresholds and Schedules. Payout thresholds, supported currencies, payment methods, and schedules are detailed in your dashboard or the Policies and are subject to change. You are responsible for any fees imposed by banks, payment processors, or intermediaries.

4.3 Withholding and Adjustments. We may withhold, adjust, or deduct payments for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected or confirmed Invalid Activity or violations of these Terms or Policies;
  • Incomplete or inaccurate KYC, tax, or payment information;
  • Chargebacks, reversals, refunds, or disputes from advertisers;
  • Compliance with legal, regulatory, or sanctions requirements.

4.4 Clawbacks. We may deduct overpayments or earnings from Invalid Activity from future payouts or require repayment. Unpaid amounts may be invoiced, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

4.5 Taxes. You are solely responsible for all taxes applicable to your earnings. Where required by law, we may withhold taxes or request tax documentation (e.g., PAN, GST, or forms for non-residents).

5. Referral Program

5.1 Honest Referrals Only. Referrals must be genuine and not involve self-referrals, fake accounts, or recycled accounts. The use of mass sign-ups, bots, or incentivized referrals is prohibited.

5.2 Adjustments. Referral commissions are subject to the same fraud detection, review, and adjustment processes as publisher earnings and may be withheld, adjusted, or clawed back accordingly.

6. Publisher Responsibilities

6.1 Traffic Source Transparency. Upon request, you must disclose all details regarding where and how you share Shortened Links, including domains, applications, social media handles, channels, groups, and representative posts or screenshots.

6.2 Traffic Quality. You must ensure that all traffic directed to Shortened Links is genuine, human-generated, organic, and compliant with these Terms and Policies. You are responsible for the actions of any third parties acting on your behalf, such as agencies, promoters, or affiliates.

6.3 Implementation Integrity. You must not alter, mask, or interfere with our redirection processes, advertisement placements, or tracking mechanisms. The use of iFrames or any code that suppresses, manipulates, or otherwise interferes with advertisement units or timing is prohibited.

7. Content Standards (Prohibited Destinations)

You must not create or share Shortened Links that redirect to:

  • Child sexual abuse material or any content exploiting minors;
  • Violent, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or extremist content;
  • Illegal activities, including but not limited to drugs, weapons, hacking tools, copyright infringement (e.g., piracy or warez), or counterfeit goods;
  • Malware, spyware, adware, trojans, or any harmful code;
  • Scams or fraudulent schemes (e.g., phishing, get-rich-quick schemes, cryptocurrency Ponzi schemes, or impersonation);
  • Gambling sites where prohibited by law or without appropriate licenses;
  • Deceptive or misleading content or claims;
  • Any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the end user’s jurisdiction.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Traffic (Strictly Enforced)

You must not:

  • Engage in self-clicking or encourage others (e.g., friends or staff) to click your Shortened Links;
  • Incentivize clicks (e.g., “click to win,” paid clicks, or forced interactions);
  • Use bots, automation, headless browsers, or click farms;
  • Employ VPNs, proxies, or datacenter IPs to simulate legitimate users;
  • Spam forums, blogs, comments, emails, messages, or any platforms;
  • Create redirect loops or chains designed to artificially multiply advertisement views or revenue;
  • Use third-party tools such as 1shortlink.com, LinkSpy, or similar manipulative services;
  • Place Shortened Links on traffic exchange, faucet, or PTC (paid-to-click) sites;
  • Hide or mask referrers to evade compliance reviews;
  • Use iFrames, pop-unders, interstitial stacking, or rapid reloads to manipulate advertisement displays;
  • Interfere with other publishers or the Service (e.g., DDoS attacks, scraping, or abuse of limits).

We may update this list in the Policies at any time.

9. Platform Integrity, Audits, and Anti-Fraud Measures

We employ various fraud-detection techniques, including device and browser fingerprinting, IP clustering, velocity checks, anomaly detection, referrer analysis, and third-party verification services. By using the Service, you consent to such monitoring for the purpose of preventing abuse.

9.2 Cooperation. You must promptly cooperate with our Policy Team by providing requested information, such as traffic source details, screenshots, URLs, and read-only access to analytics. Responses to policy inquiries must be provided within the specified timelines, and our decisions based on internal data are final and binding.
