These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GPlinks (“GPlinks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our websites, APIs, software, and services that allow users to shorten URLs and monetize traffic via advertising (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you (“you,” “user,” or “publisher”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Publisher Program Policies (collectively, “Policies”).
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Definitions

Shortened Link: A URL created through GPlinks that redirects end users to a destination website, with ads shown during the journey.

Publisher: A user who creates shortened links and shares them to earn revenue.

Prohibited Content/Sources: Content or traffic sources listed under Section 8.

Invalid Activity: Any activity that artificially inflates impressions, clicks, conversions, or revenue (e.g., bots, proxies, incentivized clicks, self-clicks, loops).

Net Revenue / Earnings: Revenue attributable to valid traffic per our measurement, less taxes, chargebacks, reversals, fraud adjustments, and third-party fees.
2) Eligibility & Account
2.1 Minimum Age & Capacity. You must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity to contract. If using on behalf of an entity, you represent you are authorized to bind that entity.
2.2 One Account Per Person/Entity. Only one account per individual/entity is allowed. Multiple accounts (including under your own referral link) are prohibited.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration, payment, and tax information and keep it updated at all times.
2.4 KYC/Verification. We may request identity, address, tax, bank, and traffic-source verification (e.g., screenshots, analytics read-only access, referrer lists). Failure to comply may result in holdback, suspension, or termination.
2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3) Service Overview
3.1 Ads Are Mandatory. GPlinks monetizes via ads displayed during redirection. By using the Service, you accept that ads are integral and non-optional.
3.2 Service Changes & Availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without liability. We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3.3 Beta/Experimental Features. Some features may be labeled beta and provided “as is,” with limited or no support.
4) Payments & Reporting
4.1 Earnings Calculation. Earnings are based on valid impressions/clicks measured by our systems. Our measurements are final and binding absent manifest error.
4.2 Thresholds & Schedules. Payout thresholds, currencies, supported methods, and schedules are specified in your dashboard or Policies and may change. You are responsible for bank, transfer, or intermediary fees.
4.3 Withholding & Adjustments. We may withhold or adjust payments for:

suspected or confirmed Invalid Activity or policy violations;
-
incomplete KYC/tax info;
-
chargebacks, reversals, refunds, or advertiser disputes;
-
compliance or sanction requirements.
4.4 Clawbacks. We may deduct overpayments or invalid earnings from future payouts or request repayment. If unpaid, we may invoice you and pursue remedies.
4.5 Taxes. You are responsible for your taxes. If required, we may withhold taxes or collect tax documents (e.g., PAN/GST or non-resident forms).
5) Referral Program
5.1 Honest Referrals Only. You may not refer yourself, create fake users, or recycle accounts. Mass sign-ups, bots, or incentivized referrals are prohibited.
5.2 Adjustments. Referral commissions are subject to the same fraud and policy review as publisher earnings and may be withheld, adjusted, or clawed back.
6) Publisher Responsibilities
6.1 Traffic Source Transparency. On request, you must disclose where and how you share shortened links (domains, apps, social handles, channels, groups, and representative posts/screenshots).
6.2 Traffic Quality. You must ensure traffic is human, organic, and policy-compliant. You are responsible for third-party actions performed on your behalf (agencies, promoters, affiliates).
6.3 Implementation Integrity. Do not alter, mask, or interfere with our redirection, ad placements, or tracking. Do not use iFrames or code that suppresses or manipulates our ad units or timing.
7) Content Standards (What You Cannot Link To)
You must not shorten URLs that lead to:

Child sexual abuse material or any exploitation of minors;

Violent, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or extremist content;
-
Illegal activity (e.g., drugs, weapons, hacking tools), copyright infringement (piracy/warez), or counterfeit goods;
-
Malware/spyware/adware, trojans, or any harmful code;
-
Scams/fraud (phishing, get-rich-quick, crypto Ponzi, impersonation);
-
Gambling where prohibited by law or without proper licenses;
-
Deceptive/misleading content or claims;
-
Any content illegal in your or the user’s jurisdiction.
8) Prohibited Conduct & Traffic (Strictly Enforced)
You must not:

Self-click your links or encourage friends/staff to do so;
-
Incentivize clicks (e.g., “click to win,” paid clicks, forced clicks);
-
Use bots, automation, headless browsers, click farms;
-
Use VPNs, proxies, datacenter IPs to simulate users;
-
Spam forums, blogs, comments, emails, messages, or platforms;
-
Create redirect loops (chains designed to multiply ad views/income);
-
Use 1shortlink.com, LinkSpy, or other third-party manipulative tools;
-
Place shortened links on traffic exchange or PTC (paid-to-click) sites;
-
Hide/mask referrers to defeat compliance reviews;
-
Use iframes, pop-unders, interstitial stacking, or rapid re-loads to game ad shows;
-
Interfere with other publishers or the Service (DDoS, scraping limits, abuse).
We may broaden this list in Policies from time to time.
9) Platform Integrity, Audits & Anti-Fraud
9.1 Monitoring. We use fraud-detection methods (including device/browser fingerprinting, IP clustering, velocity checks, anomaly detection, referer analysis, and third-party verification). You consent to such monitoring for abuse prevention.
9.2 Cooperation. You must promptly cooperate with our Policy Team:

provide traffic source details, screenshots, URLs, and analytics access;
-
respond to policy tickets within specified timelines;
-
follow directions even if based on our internal data (final and binding).
9.3 Remedies. If we detect or reasonably suspect Invalid Activity or violations, we may:

pause monetization;
-
apply earnings holdback or reversal;
-
disable specific links/domains;
-
suspend or terminate your account;
-
report illegal activity to authorities.
10) Inactive Accounts
10.1 Inactivity Definition. No logins or no monetized activity for 6 consecutive months constitutes inactivity.
10.2 Closure & Forfeiture. Inactive accounts may be closed; unpaid balances (including referral earnings) may be forfeited, except as required by law.
11) Intellectual Property & DMCA
11.1 Your Content. You retain rights to your own content/destinations. You grant GPlinks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, display, and transmit content as necessary to operate the Service.
11.2 Our IP. All GPlinks trademarks, software, UIs, and materials are our property. Do not use our marks without written permission.
11.3 Copyright Complaints (DMCA/Notice). If you believe a link infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with:

your contact;

a description of the work;
-
the infringing URLs;
-
a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief;
-
your signature.
Counter-notices may be accepted where applicable by law.
12) Privacy & Data
12.1 Privacy Policy. Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You must comply with applicable privacy laws (e.g., consent for cookies/ads where required).
12.2 Data Retention. If you request deactivation, we may retain shortened links, logs, statistics, and financial records as permitted by law and our retention schedule, stored on encrypted servers.
12.3 Data Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures; however, no system is 100% secure.
13) APIs & Rate Limits (If Applicable)
13.1 License. We may provide APIs for creating/reading links subject to these Terms and any API docs.
13.2 Restrictions. No scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing rate limits. No using APIs to create Prohibited Content or Invalid Activity. API keys are account-bound and confidential.
13.3 Suspension. We may throttle or revoke API access for abuse or instability.
14) Third-Party Services & Ads
14.1 Advertisers/Networks. Ads may come from third-party partners. We are not responsible for third-party content, sites, or policies.
14.2 Compliance. You agree to abide by relevant ad policies (creative standards, placement rules) that we or partners may impose.
15) Sanctions, Export, & Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant you are not subject to sanctions and will not use GPlinks in restricted countries or for prohibited end uses. You agree to comply with all applicable laws (e.g., IT, consumer, advertising, e-commerce, privacy, and anti-spam laws).
16) Misuse of Support/Contact Systems
No abusive language, threats, spam, or repeated premature payment requests. Provide accurate, complete data in support tickets. Abuse may result in limited support or account actions.
17) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account (with or without notice) for:

policy violations, Invalid Activity, fraud, or non-cooperation;
-
legal or security risks;
-
prolonged inactivity;
-
non-payment of clawbacks or invoices.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Pending balances may be withheld or forfeited as per these Terms and applicable law.
18) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT MEASUREMENTS/REPORTING WILL BE PERFECT.
19) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GPLINKS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL/CONTENT/DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) TOTAL FEES PAID TO YOU BY GPLINKS IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—those limits will apply to the extent permitted.
20) Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GPlinks, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

your use of the Service;

your content/links;
-
your breach of these Terms or laws;
-
your fraud/Invalid Activity;
-
third-party actions you direct or benefit from.
21) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [India, State of Maharashtra] without regard to conflicts principles. Courts located in [Pune, Maharashtra] shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Optional (if you prefer arbitration): Any dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under [pick a rule, e.g., the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996] with a single arbitrator in Pune, Maharashtra, in English. Each party bears its own costs; fees follow the award. Injunctive relief may be sought in court.
22) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Policies from time to time. Changes are effective on posting or on the effective date specified. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service and request account closure.
23) Communications
You consent to receive service, policy, and account communications electronically (email, dashboard notices). You can manage marketing preferences in your account.
24) Miscellaneous

Severability. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or acquirer.

No Waiver. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.

Entire Agreement. These Terms plus Policies are the entire agreement.

Survival. Sections on payments, IP, privacy, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution survive termination.
